Ross Holbrook
Director
Bio
Ross Holbrook is the co-founder of Stok Investment Group, a Boulder-based real estate firm focused on creating new middle-income housing in Colorado’s most supply-constrained communities. He brings more than 20 years of experience across brokerage, development, asset management, and private equity, including overseeing more than $500 million in ground-up projects at Vail Resorts and leading PearlWest, an $85 million LEED Platinum mixed-use development in downtown Boulder, as Director of Real Estate at Crestone Capital Advisors.
Ross is now in his second term on the ALBION SC Boulder County board. He helped guide the transition from BC United to ALBION and has worked on recruiting board members and coaches, the Erie Sports Complex, and fundraising for the Soccer for Life Foundation. He also advocates for both the club’s top platforms and grassroots development, and wants to make sure every kid with the desire and ability to play competitively has that opportunity here. You may also have found him making pizzas for coaches at the Boulder Cup.
Soccer has been part of Ross’s life for nearly 40 years, starting with competitive play at age nine. Growing up with an older sister who played at a high level, and now as a dad of two girls, he has seen firsthand how the game builds confidence, leadership, and resilience.
A CU Boulder graduate and Boulder resident of about 20 years, Ross is a former board member of Flatirons Habitat for Humanity and a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Product Council. When he isn’t on the sidelines, he’s usually mountain biking, backcountry skiing, or camping around Colorado.
Ross and his wife, Carly, have two daughters, Eloise and Alice, who both play for ALBION. Ross never misses a chance to watch them play, including the 6:30 a.m. indoor games.
