ALBION SC Boulder County · Board of Directors

Upcoming Election

Election details

Dear ALBION SC Boulder County Families,

Please mark your calendars for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This year’s meeting will be held remotely on Tuesday, December 15th, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Dial-in and access information will be distributed one week prior to the meeting.

The AGM provides an important opportunity to come together as a club community to hear updates, celebrate our collective successes, and participate in the governance of our organization. We request the presence of every coach and team manager, as well as all families.

Board Elections

The ALBION SC Board of Directors is composed of nine volunteer members that each serve a three (3) year term. This year, four (4) seats are up for election — including those currently held by Jeff Rozic and Ashkan Angha, who are both running for re-election. Anyone interested should review the “Board Responsibilities” outlined in the Club Bylaws and our Conflict of Interest policy prior to applying. The ALBION board meets monthly on the 3rd Monday of the month, in person, from 7-9pm.

Interested individuals are invited to complete the attached board member application. The application deadline is November 15, 2026. Applications should be submitted via email to albionboard@gmail.com. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to that same address.

Per the Club’s Bylaws – “The Board shall select a slate of candidates from among the qualified applicants to be presented to the Voting Members. If there are fewer applicants than twice the number of vacant positions to be filled at the election, then all applicants will be placed on the slate. If there are more applicants than twice the number of vacant positions to be filled, the Board, in its sole discretion, may reduce the number of candidates to best serve the needs of the Club.”

Following the application deadline, the Board will review all submissions and narrow the field to eight (8) candidates—double the number of open seats—to be distributed to the club membership for consideration prior to the AGM. Each team can vote for four candidates at the AGM. Votes should be submitted by the team manager, or by the team coach if no manager is available or if that manager is running for election.

A full meeting agenda, along with the final slate of candidates and the virtual meeting link, will be shared with the membership one week before the AGM.

We encourage all interested members to participate and help shape the future of our club.
