Don Altman

Bio

Don Altman is the founder of Altman Consulting LLC and brings 30 years of experience in strategic partnerships. He works with partners and clients across real estate construction, real estate investing, real estate lending, and more.

Don was an integral part of two notable Colorado developments, Lafayette City Center and the Academy at Mapleton Hill. He has invested in hundreds of homes, office buildings, apartments, and more in Boulder, and his projects also include locations in Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Denver, Summit County, San Francisco, and Seattle.

His experience spans affordable housing, luxury housing, office buildings, a sports complex, a retail center, and complicated renovations, carrying ambitious projects from first idea to completion.

Don's other passion is youth soccer. Don is the chairman of the board of Albion SC-Boulder County, Albion SC-Colorado, and the Soccer for Life Foundation, all 501(c)(3) nonprofits, where Don spends almost all of his personal free time for the benefit of over 2,000 Boulder County and Colorado families.

Don also has a beautiful wife, Jillian, and two kids, Emerson, who plays soccer, and Elle, who plays basketball and flag football. Don enjoys watching both of his kids play sports, which sometimes means six games in one day.
