Jarvie Worcester
Director
Bio
Jarvie Worcester has been part of the Albion soccer community for nearly 10 years as the parent of two daughters who have played within the club. His family’s involvement dates back to the FC Boulder years, continued through BC United, and now Albion. Having experienced the club’s evolution firsthand as a parent, Jarvie has a deep appreciation for the important role the organization plays in developing young athletes and creating a strong community for players and families.
Jarvie previously served a three-year term on the Board of Directors. That experience provided him with a firsthand understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in operating and growing a competitive youth soccer organization. He has worked to bring a thoughtful, practical, and long-term perspective to Board decisions while keeping the interests of players, families, coaches, and the overall health of the club at the forefront.
Professionally, Jarvie is Head of Real Estate at Forum Investment Group and brings more than 20 years of real estate development, investment, and leadership experience. Over the course of his career, he has capitalized more than $2 billion of development projects and held senior leadership positions with Trammell Crow Residential, Real Capital Solutions, Vail Resorts Development Company, and Intracorp. His experience managing complex projects, building organizations, evaluating risk, and working with a broad range of stakeholders provides a valuable perspective for Board service.
Jarvie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Arizona, where he was a four-year football starter and team captain. His own experience as a collegiate athlete, combined with nearly a decade as a soccer parent, has reinforced his appreciation for the role youth sports can play in developing confidence, accountability, teamwork, and lasting relationships.
Jarvie is seeking another term on the Board because he cares deeply about the club and the community it serves. Having watched his children grow up within the organization and having participated in the club’s evolution over the past decade, he welcomes the opportunity to continue giving back and helping Albion remain a strong, well-managed organization that provides an outstanding experience for its players and families. Jarvie is also an active board member for the National Sports Center for the Disabled, where his middle daughter participates in Winter Park.
